- Orders placed Monday-Friday excluding holidays, will ship within 24 hours pending availability and credit verification.
- Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on the following Monday. Equation will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.
OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS & SPECIAL ORDERING
While we attempt to keep our site as current as possible, occasionally items may be out-of-stock. If an item you have ordered is not available for purchase, we will notify you by e-mail or phone.
If you are interested in an item that is out-of-stock in your preferred size/color, please e-mail or call our Customer Care line at 952.567.7399, and we will let you know if the item will be restocked or if it is available for special order.
- Place your order and checkout as normal-your credit card will not be charged until it is on its way to you.
- Your order will be given priority and will be the first to ship. Pre-order usually takes around two weeks to ship, if the delivery date changes or takes longer than 2 weeks, we will notify you by mail or phone.
- Canceled and returned pre-orders are accepted but for online store credits only. No refunds. We will be happy to provide an exchange for a different size if available.

A refused shipment occurs when the customer refuses to accept the package during a delivery attempt. Customers who refuse delivery will be assessed shipping charges for both ways to cover return shipping This cost will be passed along to the customer in the form of a deduction from the total credit due to the customer. In addition, refused shipments may be considered an unauthorized return and subject to the policies thereof.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us within 3 days of receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org to get a Return Authorization (RA) number.
All merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.
Refund will only be issued for full priced merchandise only. Purchases made with promotional codes, coupons or gift certificates are eligible for exchange or online credit only. If you received free shipping, the original shipping costs will be deducted from you return. Sale items or items purchased with discount code may only be returned for store credit or exchange. Item marked as 70% off or more are considered as final sale items, and are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credits. This merchandise is NOT returnable under any condition.We do not accept returns or exchanges on jewelry, swimwear or underwear.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges, but items purchased online may be returned or exchanged in the boutiques if accompanied by the original packing receipt.
Upon receipt of properly returned merchandise customers will receive a refund minus the original shipping costs to the original purchaser's credit card or online credit. Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email when the return/exchange are processed.
We reserve the right to deny credit if the condition of the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy and standards.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCESS
- Before sending out your return / exchange package, please contact us by email: email@example.com
- We will issue you a Return Authorization number (RA#) via email. Please enter this number on the outside of your package. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT PACKAGES WITHOUT AN RA#.
- The RA number must be included on your original packing receipt, and all return merchandise must be received by EQUATION within 3 days of issuing an RA number.
- Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed.
- We will not be able to process your exchange without having your original order sent back to us.
- Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise. In such a case, we will send you a return label via email at our cost.
- It is our recommendation that items being returned/exchanged are shipped and insured via UPS, FedEx or USPS. EQUATION will not be held responsible for unpredictable damages or losses.
- After you have received your RA# and your package is clearly labeled with the number, send you package to the following address:
