OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS & SPECIAL ORDERING
While we attempt to keep our site as current as possible, occasionally items may be out-of-stock. If an item you have ordered is not available for purchase, we will notify you by e-mail or phone.
If you are interested in an item that is out-of-stock in your preferred size/color, please e-mail or call our Customer Care line at 612.567.6633, and we will let you know if the item will be restocked or if it is available for special order.
- Place your order and checkout as normal-your credit card will not be charged until it is on its way to you.
- Your order will be given priority and will be the first to ship. Pre-order usually takes around two weeks to ship, if the delivery date changes or takes longer than 2 weeks, we will notify you by mail or phone.
- Canceled and returned pre-orders are accepted but for online store credits only. No refunds. We will be happy to provide an exchange for a different size if available.

A refused shipment occurs when the customer refuses to accept the package during a delivery attempt. Customers who refuse delivery will be assessed shipping charges for both ways to cover return shipping. This cost will be passed along to the customer in the form of a deduction from the total credit due to the customer. In addition, refused shipments may be considered an unauthorized return and subject to the policies thereof.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges on full priced items returned in their original unworn, unwashed condition with all tags intact. All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of verified delivery date provided by carrier. All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of return approval by Equation. Returns outside of that time frame but within 30 days of your purchase day is eligible for store credit or exchange only.
PROMO CODE SALES may be returned for store credit only.
REFUNDS will be issued to full price items only within 7 days of delivery.
EXCHANGES if you wish to exchange for different item or size, we ask you request a refund and purchase new item.
SALE ITEMS can be returned for store credit only. However, sale items purchased with 50% off or more discount are final sale and cannot be returned for any reason.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS all international orders are final sale.

To request return please enter your order number and email address or click here "link". Upon approval of your return or exchange request, Equation will provide a pre-paid return shipping label. Merchandise must be received back in the store within 7 days of the RA approval date.
IN-STORE RETURN POLICYBecause you were able to touch and feel the items, as well as try them on for fit and size, we will accept returns and exchanges for STORE CREDIT ONLY on full priced, unworn, unwashed and unaltered items within 10 days of purchase. All SALE items, jewelry, accessories, swimsuit, and special orders are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return/exchange.
