We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help. Refunds are offered on eligible full-price merchandise returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

Return Eligibility
We carefully inspect all returns. To qualify, items must meet the following conditions:

Return must be initiated and postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date.

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

All original tags must remain attached and items returned in original condition.

Shoes must be unworn, tried on only indoors (on carpet), and returned in their original box.

Clothing must be free of makeup, deodorant, pet hair, and odors.

If you selected in-store pickup, returns must be made in-store within 7 days of purchase and accompanied by your receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these requirements.
Returns postmarked after 7 days of delivery will be processed as store credit.
Returns postmarked after 14 days of the original delivery date will be considered as Final Sale and shipped back to you.
Full-Price Items
Upon inspection and approval, refunds for eligible full-price items will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Promotion & Sale Merchandise (Under 50% Off)
Items purchased with a promotion code or on sale under 50% off are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Refunds are not offered for these items.
Final Sale Items
The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

Sale merchandise discounted 50% off or more

Lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear, personal care products, perfume, candles, earrings, and hair accessories (for hygiene and safety reasons)

Items marked as “Final Sale”

International orders, special orders, and sale items purchased in-store
Exchanges
To exchange an item, select the Exchange option at checkout through our return portal and follow the instructions.
In-Store Return Policy
Please note that our in-store and online return policies differ.
Full-price items purchased in-store are eligible for store credit only when returned within 10 days of purchase.
All sale merchandise, jewelry, accessories, swimwear, and special orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
