How to Return
To start a return, click "here" and enter your order number and email. Items must be postmarked within 7 days of return approval. A $10 fee will be deducted for returns with free shipping on the original order. Refunds take up to 7 business days to post. You’ll receive an email once processed.

Full-Price Items

• Refunds are available within 10 days of purchase if postmarked within 7 days of approval.
• After 7 days, returns are eligible for store credit only, processed as a gift card.

Promo Code & Sale Items

• Eligible for store credit only, processed as a gift card, within 10 days of purchase.

Final Sale

• Items at 50% off or more are final sale and cannot be returned.

International Orders

In-Store Returns
